This may be our most helpful booklet so far, for people who are discovering that Agenda 21 is now entering, or has already entered their local community. Agenda 21 is never identified as the source of local policies that govern the use of land and almost every other facet of human life. These policies are most often presented through "Visioning Sessions" which become the basis for "Comprehensive Land Use Plans," which are then converted to binding law through the adoption of local "Codes." This booklet identifies the various phases of implementation, and offers a course of action to resist, transform, or repeal the elements of Agenda 21 that are inconsistent with the principles of freedom and the U.S. Constitution. Actual examples are used to demonstrate "how to" and "how NOT to" confront Agenda 21 in your community. Every member of every organization should have a copy of this booklet to get everyone working toward a common goal, within a set of tactical principles that have been used successfully in local communities from California to Florida.
